Preparation from Home
A video consultation includes assessment of height, weight, comorbidities, medication list, and prior surgical history. Existing test results and endoscopy reports are useful for preliminary evaluation.
The Programme Abroad
A typical stay of 5–7 days is planned. The first day involves tests and consultations, followed by surgery, hospital stay (3–5 days), and a final check-up before departure. Accommodation and transfers are coordinated by the team.
After Returning Home
Regular follow-up via video calls. Controls at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months and annual reviews are recommended. The team helps establish contact with a local dietitian and physician for laboratory monitoring.
Important Caution
Medical tourism should prioritise patient safety and continuity of care. Promises made without full medical evaluation, driven only by low price, are not safe.
